Fan favourite? According to whom? A few vocal fans don't really count.

I'm tired of the term "Favourite" being thrown around any time 5 or more people say an entry is their favourite/will win.

True... the ex-Yugo block voting is broken but the ex-Soviet one is stronger than ever!! Although most of them were tipped to make it (Ukraine, Moldova, Russia... only Lithuania were the surprise qualifiers, and they had Ireland too, for help)

I don't know what you've been hearing, but I don't seem to be the only one to say that Austria's song was really good to qualify, maybe not a winner, but a qualifier, yes......

Aw, one of the Croatian guys is being interviewed right now and he's really disappointed, but reigning it in and giving an answer that basically amounts to "We did the best that we could. It simply wasn't what Europe wanted". It felt so bad for him.

Ouh, Roberto now. He's so adorable. And really excited. I love him now. Not the performance, it's still very mediocre. But him. He's great. People kept saying he's 19, but he said he's only 18 and I just checked Wikipedia. He really is only 18.

Despina is very gracious and nice about not qualifying. I like her. She should've made it.

Lithuania... How do they mysteriously qualify every year? Even in 2010 they slightly failed.
Belgium should have been out.
Netherlands as well. (I know I want too much )
Serbia is out. None of us had it coming, I guess.
Montenegro, Serbia, Croatia all out.
This semi-final was weird.
