Why on earth isn't Kosovo listed as a potential candidate for participation in 2014?
Judging by the guy in this clip, he sure wants to make it happen sooner rather than later.

Cause half of the countries participated in ESC dont recognize them and its not country than disputed territory, so stop with provocations!

At least the International Court of Justice judged that the declaration of independence was rightful so I wouldn't call it a provocation.

I didn't start it, I just said that it probably wasn't meant as a provocation but as a serious question by the other poster. It's funny how you guys are provoked that easily. As your countries want to join the EU there has to be some sort of agreement in the end anyway. Your leaders obviously already made some sort of deal so why are you so angry?

BTW you don't have to be an expert for international law to read a judgement. If a court judges you to go into prison you don't have to be an expert in criminal law to know that you did something wrong

was about to recognize Kosovo then Serbia Foreign Affairs Minister visited Morocco and persuaded us to not so we didnt in the end

Look at the Netherlands, 8 years out of the final, they kept trying and now, they got in the top 10. Netherlands got heavy testicles, not the other countries who cry because they get eliminated 3 years in-a-row
Excuse me, but not all countries are like Netherlands with ensured budget no matter what and with lasting tradition in Eurovision. And apparantly Bulgaria might not withdraw after all, which is kind of new miracle by BNT, after they kept the ratings high despite the 8th failures (6 in a row).
