From that three songs, I like more 2012 entry!
Ithaka Maria, who came 5th in Eesti Laul 2011 with the entry "Hopa'pa-rei!" (2nd in televotes but robbed by juries imo - my personal favorite in the Estonian selection that year), recently took part in Crimea Fest in Ukraine as part of "Trio Baltiya" (together with a Latvian and a Lithuanian singer) performing a slightly different version of Ukrainian singer Sofia Rotaru's song "Odna Kalyna" (with added verses in Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian).
If you don't spot her directly, she's the girl on the right side (the performance starts around 00:45 in the video).
And to all who may have forgot (or don't recognize) her Eesti Laul entry from 2011, here is a reprise of that one:
Ithaka would be a great choice for Estonia with the right entry. "Hopa" was an über-cool song (the bit let-down was lack of lyrics and a bit too repeating though), and with something as equally cool (not necessarily in the same style though), she'd be a good pick for sure! She has the looks (I mean she's über-hot!), stage presence, stage personality and is a good live singer aswell... all she needs is a strong entry and she should be ready to go to Malmö!
The final is about two weeks after Eesti Laul submissions dealine, so I don't think so. Maybe some of the early dropouts will try their luck. There has been also 5th edition of Eesti Otsib Superstaari ongoing.
Most probably we will see some future Eesti Laul singers there. Maybe for 2013 ?
I really wonder where Anisa originates from. She also took my interest. I would appreciate a reply about her ancestry, coz i already dug up websites like Delfi and Õhtuleht, but i got no result.
I have discovered the last edition and trying to know the singers of it very recently, for a couple of days. Tbh, it would be good if she has Turkic ancestry, but what i know for now is she sings well.you gonna support her if it shows she has some Turkic ancestry or what?
I think you should give them some time. There's 1000000000000000000x singers like this, zero personality, "big generic vocals"... and she's not even that good vocally, this was rather mediocre tbh.

Thx btw, i should ask herself in fb or twitter or sth like thisWell, Anisa herself originates from Tallinn, Estonia but I have no idea where her parents are from. Last week's theme was "songs from your birth year" and pictures from childhood were shown and her mother looked like a regular Estonian. Her last name sounds Estonian I think, or at least estonianised, so that doesn't help either.
Oh, and she dropped out of the show tonight...
