Sorry, but this appears to me like an ESCJunior interval act or something like that.

It is said to be dark... but all i see is a joyfull and playfull show. Like the pirates vikings boat in a carnival parade. Not truly dark. Not at all, indeed. It's all about a role game which definitely I'm not playing.

Somehow this still feels like my personal number 1 but I don't exactly know why... In fact I really forgot about it the last week and didn't listen to it at all?! haha I don't have any other clear favourite so far so you can stay in the spot for some more time :dk: I guess

I had to downgrade this from 3 points to 0...I really want to like this but it just falls completely flat for me. I’m a sucker for epic songs but this feels like anything but epic. Absolutely no connection to both song and singer.

Feels like a song in a disney animated movie from the 90s....oddly specific but thats what I feel.

I agree about the song resembling something taken from a Disney animated film. But since when is that a bad thing? :D
I like this song. It makes me happy.

I gave it a 12. I know what it intends to do... and it works fine with me.

Love the ambience of it (more than the song, to be quite honest). The choir and the drums sell it for me.

Favorite nordic entry of the year. Well done, Denmark!

Neighbors neighbors... not sure what to say about this... it's not particularly bad I guess but it's a quite standard ESC formula for a song and could very well have been an entry in 2005 just as now... I'm not blown away by this and in studio version it's kind of boring even... maybe live in May it will make some impact as I do think this is a dark horse in this race, regardless of my personal taste.

This song gets old really fast... easily my biggest fader of the year

I thought I would get sick of it after the 257th listen, but I still absolutely love it!

What a great performance in Israel from Rasmussen.

Yes, While several of the contestants had quite average or below-average vocals Rasmussen really did well!
I liked the song initially, but it has not been a grower, and is out of my top 10. I do think that a good live performance and a suitable show will be able to lift Denmark back into top 10, though.

Doesn't need to be a grower, does it? It's an instant impact song, which is perfect for Eurovision. Although for me, it is something I can listen to 7 or 8 times in a row and still love it as much as the first.

I agree. Denmark's song this year is an instant impact one, so, adding the good live performance and the cool viking themed staging, this is going to do well with the televote. I personally think this is going to be one of the surprises of the night (I will say dark horse, but people already like this so I guess that's not the correct word for this).

But it's not the one that people talk a lot about ... so I guess ''dark horse'' category fits.

Definitely doesnt need to be a grower, indeed.... If it was instant love. I liked this from the start - but havent grown more fond of it after that first listening... unfortunately...
