Respecting your opinion, but did you read the lyrics? This explains why they claim it's a song about peace because it's actually about a viking king that converted himself to christianity and abandoned fighting.
Now I agree that the staging does not reflect this and it's questionable why becoming christian should be a peaceful action in the light of how people were forcefully converted to christianity in that era when their ruler did first. So maybe this will even downgrade the song for you even more, which is the opposite I wanted to do and I just realize that I myself am getting issues with it now.... I better stop here

I really enjoy this! Had it been a little "harder" in its sound I think it would have been even better, but I'll take it anyway. I find the melody of the chorus where they sing "freeze the arrow in the air" to be a bit meh, so it's not a 12 pointer, but damn near close. 10 points for now. I do love my epic cheese.

Denmark is my absolute favorite this year. This hymn-like song really got me. Even without the Performance, the song itself would still be on my top list. Get goose bumps when listening to it.

Indeed. The other songs are so bad in my opinion so that Denmark appears excellent.
