I just don't freaking get it. Bjorkman was mainly saying reasonable things about the contestant but sometimes i don't understand his reasons.
They said that girl who sang "The beat of my heart" (THE ONLY CHANCE OF A GREAT RESULT CYPRUS HAD IMO) that her song was...OLD FASHIONED...and yet they let that stupid 90's boyband "Magic" and the guy in glasses into the final?
Either i'm stupid or they all gone crazy in there.

AGAIN. I have no favorites. I just want "Magic" and that Harry Potter on drugs to fail miserably.

Ummm i don't think they're bad but i'm not too keen on that. Actually, there's not a single song left in the final that can go far in Eurovision.
Btw this duo is one of only two or three that have an itty-bitty tiny-winy chance if improved, revamped and polished.
But i'm indifferent to all of them(
Out of semi i LOVED "The beat of my heart" and "A Guy with a strange but beautiful song which title i don't remember, that performed last"
The rest i liked didn't make it to the semi.

I think Cyprus is totally lost this year. I don't think any of the finalists has a single chance to qualify to the final and most of them would come dead last if they don't share the semifinal with Greece.

I only see some slight potential in "Magic" and "Shine", despite both sound so dated. But both singers suck big time, so I'm hopeless.

This NF has been quite embarrassing and Cyprus should return to decent internal choices from now on.

Just listened to the remaining songs again and Minus One stays my favorite (of course except Eva Diva, who´s out unfortunatelly ;-) ).
Would be the first of my favorites winning a national selection for Eurovision 2015.

To be honest, I have totally missed this song in this complicated Cypriot NF. Absolutely the best song of the bunch left, a really nice ballad, but he isn't such a strong performer live...

Eurovision imo shouldn't be about who's more "European". That's why I love "Deila den agapo", it's at least partly in Greek. BTW, could anybody post a link to the lyrics?

I'm fully agreeing with you.... it is easier to keep in touch with songs in english... but I prefer songs in countries' language, even though they are more difficult to go through!

All songs on this year cypriot selections are mediocre and I can't see any of them as qualifier
