My point was that RTRS seems to be willing to confirm participation immediately. They seem very willing. If that's the case then the EBU should give them the opportunity to register. It already looks bad enough that they are bleeding nations left and right this year. They can save some face.

Based on the conversations I assumed they were but I just checked the EBU membership list and they're not on there. That pretty much means BiH is a no-go

RTRS is not EBU member. But RTRS still can pay and organise all things and BHRT just to confirm, because only BHRT is EBU member from B&H.

Yes, Bosnia and Herzegovina have a corporation that is a member of the EBU. That corporation encompasses different broadcasters, of which RTRS is one.

They have a corporation that is a member of the EBU? I'm not following you. The broadcaster needs to be an active member of the EBU, what corporation are you referring to?
This came as a pretty shocking news to me. I never expected Bosnia out of the contest, and especially not after 7 really amazing years in ESC. Just too bad, 
was one of my favorite ESC countries. They were always putting a lot of effort in both the singer and the entry selections as well as their promotions. Huge loss for the ESC. Hopefully they return next year.
