Do these two dots on "i" in his name, gives a different pronouncation to the name? So, how his name should be pronounced?

Yes, "Loïc" sounds different than "Loic". In French, "oi" is pronounced "wa". So the dots on the "i" are there to mark the separation between the "o" and the "i".

Thus, his name is pronounced "lo-eek" and not "lwak".

Listen to his first two albums but get a box of tissues ready1 That one I linked there is from his latest album where he got a bit wild and electronic. His early stuff is some of the most achingly beautiful, sincere music i've ever heard. The first record "Learning" was recorded entirely in his bedroom.

Thinking about it, this is the first song from Belgium i've liked since Witloof Bay. I'm really happy to have two songs today revealed that I really like. A bleak Eurovision now looks not so scary, thanks to Belgium and Czech Republic, and the wonderful Maltese "Warrior" revamp, which has helped me to fall in love with the song again Just a couple more good songs and i'll stop complaining.

Despised Axel and hated his song with a burning passion, if i got physical with my emotions the day he was chosen i believe i'd have to buy me new dishes, vases, plant pots, picture frames and, probably, a new husband 3

So i say KEEP'EM COMING! I want just couple more outstanding, belgic-esque songs to complete this edition for me.
