According to UN: "Genocide is a crime under international law". This is humanitarian song about the crime which was recognized by all EBU members (including Russia ) against all criminals (if some politician is a criminal it doesn't make it a political song).
Most def BTRC has already contacted the EBU just like STB/UABC did in 2016. But unlike Jamala Alekseev performed his song in front of uncomparably bigger audience and in another country and it was available to everyone on YT. This "change" of music is one big lulz
They can say that it was viewed by the fans only - and they will vote for him in any case so it doesn't give him advantage.
Jamala didn't abolish any ESC rules at all. The song hasn't been released commercially until September 1, the video of the early version performance (the original one was private) surfaced after the contest and had a 0 advantage in the ESC.1944
