Didn't like it, but I still don't know why, as I really loved other ballads (Estonia, Georgia, Moldova, Iceland). One thing I am sure of: the guy in the box was SOOOOOOO cute!!

Well It's about taste... I rather preferred this song as a winner than the Danish one, although I am not a big fan or supporter of this entry, but It was cool ballad, correct performance, and the staging was impressive.

Thank you Azerbaijan for such fantastic entry. Farid was better than Emmelie. He sang sincerely with heart and soul and deserved to be a winner.
10 pts from Ukraine, 12 points personally from me.

I believe I might have heard this one many, many years ago when I used to listen to her music on youtube:p It sounds great.

I have a few favourites that I remember very well though. This one here was always my ultimate favourite..

If you send something like this i'd vote a million times for Azerbaijanxheatxbow

^^ This is old song , where are you from bro? :D

I'm from England:p

Is it really old? It still sounds incredibly fresh to me. I suppose it was years and years ago when I first found it on youtube. She has blonde hair in the video I originally found of it as well. I love the music. The whole song just really gets me movingxbow

wooow Brithish guy listening Azerbaijani song :D Interesting :D i mean not that old couple years. And yes if we send our own and stop to purchase swedish one; it could be even awesome. Cause for me it is more then to present own culture, not to be in the top.

However i understand why government did that. They wanted to advertise the name of country. Cause back 5 years almost nobody knew where the Azerbaijan located at. May be today also.

It is not even goverment.. just couple millioner does that just like Atletico Madrid.

Yeah I hope your country will stop buying from Sweden as well. I understand why the government did it, as you say the government want to advertise your country. They should have more confidence in their own music though. Of the folk stuff i've heard over the years from Azerbaijan, it's been truly beautiful. Spine tinglingly good.. and we know you can make great ethnopop songs as well like in 2009. I hope you return to sending things like that:)

I am glad I was right about Azerbaijan being the most dangerous contender for Denmark, rather than Norway, Ukraine or Russia. Farid gave an excellent performance and I must say at some point in the voting I thought he would win (or come very close).

Again... why is this song so high? I mean, I don't dislike it, but seriously... there was nothing out of ordinary as far as this song is concerned xshrug

Azerbaijan deserved most of their top 10 placings (I'm one of the few people on this forum who think that they fully deserved the 2011 victory), but this one is just... so bland :?

I can't believe how Greece gave this shitty entry 12 points. NO ONE I know in Greece even like this song.

Just read other posts, as you see, not all people hate this song like you do. And don't talk for whole nation. You can't know who liked and voted for this song in your country. If you don't like this song, it doesn't mean it's ****! Respect!
