Correct. As far as I remember, all times are on Central European Time.

Besides, time has never been an issue. Armenia is a late-to-bed, late-to-rise country anyway, so people are usually up then anyway.

Speaking of that, I was last summer in Armenia (Yerevan mostly) and I was exploring the city and realized it was all empty during the day. I was like "What's happening". And then suddenly around 8pm or so the city got full of people, shops and restaurants are open at 2am, the whole city was basically out in the middle of night.

Yes, Eurovision starts at 20:00 cet in Portugal, same as Ireland, UK and Iceland. It will be starting at that time in Portugal. Last year in Ukraine it started at the normal time esc starts there. It wont be any different. I remember even in 2009 our commentator constantly commenting on how horribly late it was in Moscow and how slow the spokespeople seemed to go. Also in 2012 it started much later.

No, there's a revamp too. He's been mentioning that one is on the way, and the version of the song in this teaser video sounds clearly different to the one that won the NF.

Gotcha. I haven't listened to the clip yet so that answers that question. Hope they didn't change too much..it was already great, don't overthink it and mess it up.
