Powerful stuff. Not sure on the live vocals, though...

Still, 8 points :)

He's probably the best vocalist in ESC right now. Not sure what you were listening to...

It's an absolutely wonderfully crafted entry. Personally though it just doesn't catch me that much and it leaves me quite cold and bored in the end. As I've said it's almost a too perfect ballad, very mature yet modern, authentic to Armenia ... It's just not exciting or intriguing enough. Besides the fact that I've listened to it quite a few times but I never remember the melody, which is an issue for me. Still Armenia can be very very proud of this.

It's quite average TBH, at least in NF...maybe it will sound better in another venue..

I was rooting for "Qami". I am glad it won the national final. A beautiful ballad, masterfully produced.

What are people talking about with regard to his vocals?

The NF's sound production was pretty off across the board, so I am expecting a lot of quality in Lisbon, that's for sure.

He was listening to "Qami" by Sevak Khanagyan and providing his perspective on the live vocals contained therein. :)

That was fun to read. :D

It's obvious you found it funny. Please explain who you think is better as a vocalist currently going to ESC.

He was listening to "Qami" by Sevak Khanagyan and providing his perspective on the live vocals contained therein.

Was there any point in saying that? We are all well aware of what he was saying, and I was disagreeing with it.

Sad to see that :am: is passing under the radar at the moment. This reminds me a bit of 'Origo' last year which was a fantastic entry. 'Qami' isn't quite on that level but it's a very strong song with easily some of the best vocals so far this year. Thank you Armenia and please please keep it in Armenian. It'll lose a lot of its charm if it ends up in English.

Our HoD confirmed during Depi Evratesil that Sevak's entry is unique in that it will be our first entry entirely in Armenian, so it's very safe to say that it will not be translated to English or any other language for that matter.

For me it is the best Armenian entry ever and one of the few songs this year I really like a LOT.
