That was everything I hoped it would be and more. I think they can win this. We'd have to lower our expectations at Eurovision though (quite drastically) as it's a ridiculously risky entry. Absolutely the right risk to take though as Zjerm is a special song. Hands down the best of tonight and not even close.

That Ardit glow up. I can't breathe. His song was my last place in the studio versions and now I'm forced to stan. That was absolutely iconic. Good lord, that was a serve and a half.

the potential that Zjerm has is insane, and most of it is still untapped. I hope it can win. Fik. It could do very well in Eurovision.

Respectable night of FiK with plenty to enjoy, although only two songs left my body in tender ruins. Zjerm of course. That was magnificent. Obviously the one to pick.. and then Amane. I did not see that coming. It was such a hype moment.

Some songs tonight made a better impression on me than they did in the recap I watched earlier.
Zjerm of course was stunning however I also liked Nëse qaj, Kur bota hesht and Porositë e babait quite a lot.

Zjerm is by far the only good option (from yesterday night). OFC, the staging needs to be fixed but what staging from FiK is good.

Shkodra Elektronike is not perfect right now. Missed a few camera shots. The guy has to speak into the mic clearer but it was still the song with the most potential to do well at ESC from last night by far and my clear favorite. Beatrice was really strong vocally for a song that is not that easy to sing and dance too at the same time.
I mentioned Alis pre-show and he was good but the biggest riser was Lorenc Hasrama impressed last night. Was getting applause even during the performance throughout. Should go up in the odds.

I had to watch "Zjerm" now as everyone's talking about it, and i really think it should be their choice! It's got potential to do quite well in the final, there's a real "viral quality" to it as well as musical originality. It's both "something different" while still being close enough to what they usually send. And it's almost exactly 3 minutes so they don't have to change it completely (which doesn't mean they won't, unfortunately). I can see them turning the spoken part English while the rest stays as it is, but we'll see...

Glad to see Jonida Maliqi (also my avatar on here) was added to the jury. Here she is head bobbing to Zjerm last night during the show. Her and Florent Boshnjaku the co-writer of Suus are the two most ethno people in the jury looking from the outside.
