Yes Theo, I have a bad habit of falling in love with songs while my NFs are ongoing so sudden changes of entries aren't to uncommon unfortunately. This just felt like the right thing to do.

Ok, so next edition will be my 30th anniversary in NSC (already been two years), so I decided to make a history-recap with all of my 29 entries so far:

Sean -> happy to see so many woogs and the likes of on your list. I guess only three boogs out of 29 editions isn't too bad. I'll try to keep it up.
David -> I'm not a big fan of winning so I constantly aim at getting 2nd all the time. Has succeeded pretty well so far on that.
Nah, just kidding, I would love to win, but the right moment and right edition just hasn't been there yet. :/
Anyway, I'm a big fan of M83's results actually, so thank you to all voters who brought us a 7th-place in NSC 71!
1Close grabbing a pre-qualifying spot, but on the other hand I have a feeling my song for the coming edition will be more appreciated as a semi-finalist, as I historically haven't really done well with any of my pre-qualifiers (NSC 48 being the exception).
That leads me to my NSC 72-entry which I miracolously found this night and knew I had to send. It provoked the same instant feeling I had when I discovered M83...my random late-night-post-NSC-results search for a song has turned out very giving for me this time. I have already confirmed my song, so unless I change my mind several times during the confirmation-period (not unlikely) the NF is hereby cancelled.
All I wanna reveal right now is that it's an Irish electro-rock band. It's a fairly unknown and new band and has been among reviewers compared with no less than Two Door Cinema Club, so let's see where this brings me this time. I had a massive gigantic eargasm when I first heard it, so I hope I haven't hyped it too much already and you'll be massively disappointed.

Actually they're living in Canada and are starting to get their breakthrough there (according to music-blogs), so they aren't really that well-known in Ireland yet.
