I can't remember liking their entry?xwhat I thought I was always critical of it being a really bland, unadventurous piece of pop rock? It's not an entry I hate though, it's just something I would never choose to listen to. I think the English version happened actually. That made me see that it wasn't a very good entry. I don't think I ever liked it though. You've made me want to go and check the Romanian topic now.

I gave it a kind 4 points. It's not atrocious. Something tells me it's a better quality song than most of the other equally indistinguishable pieces this year. The singer is nice. I'm not annoyed by it..... finding it hard to really think of anything else to say. We really didn't need yet another song as dull and characterless as this. We've already got nearly 20 of them, and more to come no doubt. I lament.

So many with Finland at the bottom... it's closer to the middle for me, because while it's not exactly my taste, I think it's authentic and better than all the songs that shouldn't have bothered showing up

Finland, Belgium, Austria, Cyprus and Israel would be my bottom five, with Latvia just missing the cut because I want to spare [MENTION=14007]lavieenrose[/MENTION]'s feelings. Finland or Cyprus at the very bottom though I cannot decide which and I really don't want to spend time thinking about them...

For me the bottom 2 are and , in random order. What their entries have in common is that I am not a fan of their genres/styles and what I dislike on those in general, is taken to the extreme in these two songs in particular.

For the rest, I am not that sure, because in most cases, I can imagine those songs could be, should be and most probably will be improved in some way.

Switzerland. See, I hate Finland as much as everybody else, but at least it's different and kind of original; Moldova came close, but to me it's so bad it's good, so there's some value on it. But Switzerland is the most cliché-filled, white-bread, bland song of this year. The music is average, the lyrics, I swear to God, there were the most obvious "don't give up" style of phrases they could think that I actually could predict what was coming in the next verse.

To me, being just boring is way worse than being terrible: at least you remember terrible.
