I'm in the end of semester and next week is exams week + assignments deadline

And an additional note - just like in the country randomizer, no one will be able to receive their own suggestion after the randomization is done. The host will have to shuffle as long as long no one will be drawn their own suggestion.

I was thinking about this, because I tried this in the past, that if it's only one that gets the year who suggested, then to randomize it again. If it's only two persons, then they will get one another's year, if they are 3+, to randomize them individually. What do you think?

It will be up to the host how will he do the randomizing. As long as no one will receive their own suggestion it will be fine. The screenshot from random.org will have to be posted here regardless of the method, though.
