xlove aw thanks! It's ok, but I don't stand a chance here so what's the point  and this forum is already a huge distraction for me, no need to join more stuff so far

@ Adel & Celia - I think there shouldn't be any issues regarding the votes from people who are not sending entries... xthink Votes have always been accepted from all the nations in the regular editions... xshrug

It's logically to think this, but as you can see from the "no NSC entries rule", one can never be sure about anything xcrazy

12 nations confirmed so far.

C'mon, there must be more  Remember that nations which took part in only one contest are also free to take part (if they are satisfied with that one song, that is).

As far as I know (and can remember) in NSC Congratulations the WL nations can't vote, not even as reju (rest jury).

This doesn't prove anything, I bet that there wasn't any "no WLSC songs" rule either...

I'm not sure what to do... does anyone have any knowledge on this topic? Tinchey? xcrazy

Maybe you could decide as host (if there are no clear rules for WLSC Congratulations).

Personally I prefer not to have too many non-participating voters.

If I could decide that, I wouldn't had put the rule of "no NSC entries". I even rejected Singeneria's entry for that reason, he hasn't sent me a substitute since.

The voting restrictions were made in line with the participation restrictions for WLSC Congrats 1 (so any nation that took part in a WLSC contest between WLSC 21 and 40 can vote, even if they are now a main roster NSC nation or are still on WL but just no longer take part in WLSC).

Does that make sense?

Unfortunately not (no biggie in terms of my WLSC songs, but considering I got his 12 last NSC, I should really be more worried about this )

Just one thing... in Congrats 1, I noticed Zumkotzen's votes even though he didn't take part in any edition. So I guess new WLers' votes should be accepted

Really? Hmm, it was a while ago I guess - kinda forget! Maybe it was all current WL nations and previous WL nations (currently on the main NSC roster) that took part in at least one of the relevant contests (i.e. WLSC 21-40 for this one).

In regular WLSC editions, any WL nation can vote, so that would make sense. ;)

Yes I DID vote. I just noticed:

Fortunately I didn't change the winner. But I did help Illumia move up from a 5th/6th place to a 3rd end placement.

The results were held on June 19th, about a month after I joined the WL.
