New rule:

"Songs which took part in NSC before WLSC are not allowed"

I was informed that this rule is necessary for a WLSC congratulations edition.

Not the ones that took part before but all NSC entries that took part in general.

Surely not Sirusho or Within Temptation, because they both took part in NSC (I recall that the rule applies to songs that took part in NSC either before or after they were sent to WLSC).

Vaso said that entries which were sent to NSC after WLSC are allowed.

Anyway, I don't really feel like checking every single NSC edition out considering that the database has not been updated since NSC 90 or something like that.

Plus, there are no official rules for this anyway (in our private forum), so I suspect that one or two can change from the previous Congratulations edition.

That makes me wonder - WLSC is a separate contest from NSC, why would NSC entries be not allowed in a Congratulations edition? They are allowed in regular WLSC editions, so why not this one? It doesn't make any sense to me.

Alright... From now on, everyone must check themselves whether their song was in NSC or not. I checked all the 9 entries I got and it seems that only Impressland must change their entry.

That expressing just nothing rule sucks. I changed my entry but can someone just explain me what is the reason of that silly rule? What if someone else used it before or after me?

These are two different contests, they don't have much to do with each other.
