Yes, it is true - Natia's favourite witch will host the event with the little help of an aviator-to-be, our sweetheart Tombo. So prepare your broomsticks, buckle up and get ready for the wild ride. Our strong-willed, independent hosts at just 13 years old will be the youngest persons to host the show. You might know them as the main protagonists of the 1989 Japanese animated film that is also based on the book of the same name - Kiki's Delivery Service. It was the first film released under a 15-year distribution partnership between The Walt Disney Company and Studio Ghibli, and won 15 movie awards.

So, if you have time, (re)watch Kiki's Delivery Service, (re)visit some of the iconic places, and get ready for the 217th Natiavision, or as you know it - Waiting List Song Contest. The stage is ready for the rehearsals! Weighing 11k pounds, the large ‘halo’ is specially designed and engineered to be rigged from limited rigging locations at the Hermýniskaja Pokraynaiskaja Stadijümi over the audience seating. The structure have to be strong enough to support itself while being light weight enough to be rigged in the historic venue. The WLSC stage is no ordinary stage. We pulled over another 1200 seats in the venue to make way for our custom designed stage. The floor is embedded with infrared sensors beneath special black acrylic to facilitate augmented reality in the show.

Tamausia & Deltannor in WLSC:

Debut edition: Tamausia & Deltannor debuted in edition 113 in Rahasia-Diati with the song 'Brown Girl' by Aaradhna, which came 15th with 30 points

Best result: Tamausia & Deltannor's best result is 3rd place, which we have achieved 5 times - in edition 114 with BLACKPINK, in edition 189 with Medina, in edition 193 with Jamelia, in edition 197 with Ruben (who later won WLSC Congrats 6) and finally in edition 210 with Sonnet and her song Ready, which received the highest number of points out of any Tamausi-Deltannese entry with 85. Still searching for those elusive gold and silver medals!

Worst Result: Tamausia & Deltannor have come last 5 times, 3 of which were the result of disqualification. Our lowest numerical placing was achieved 4 editions ago in edition 213 when Valentina came in 22nd place with 22 points. Our lowest points score was received in edition 123 when Frans Walfridsson received just 19 points.

There was probably a quicker and easier way of doing this but I just thought I'd give you the whole overview of T&D's history because why not ...and this doesn't even include my ancient history with my first nation Tanadia (RIP)

The official theme for the 117th Waiting List Song Contest is out and it is "a card trick". All of our beloved contestants will be on a Yu-Gi-Oh or Pokémon style cards that will be used as a way to promote the contest around Natia. It is also confirmed that behind the show, visual identity and graphics is no other than fantastic Hayao Miyazaki who will portray the competing countries in his unique and iconic drawing style. More about this edition you can find at its Wiki article.

Sixteen countries have already applied to be part of the show in Hermýn, but we are yet to hear from Dalisska, Svobodnia, Tuzi, Låpøtré, New Bander State and Rehi Kaita. We are also extremely unhappy to convey the news, that it is highly unlikely that we will see 7 compete at this edition, but we will keep them part of the show at least as one of the interval acts.
