I want: Italy/Sweden/Montenegro/Slovenia/Estonia

I think: hmmmm... this year is very difficult to predict. I'd say Estonia or Sweden, but there's a lot of duets and ballads and the live performances from Elina/Stig didn't impressed me at all, mostly because of Stig. As for Sweden, they won just 3 years ago, maybe it is too soon for them to win again.

Anyway, i voted Sweden. Full package: song, performance, vocals, beauty  For now i can't see anything better.

:se: Sweden

I like the Estonian song, but I'm surprised it's up so high? I wonder what it is that people like about it... its simplicity? It's fascinating... And I do love Slovenia's entry too but I'm also surprised it's right up there. Heh...

Voted for :it: but I think :ee:, :se: and :az: have big chances as well. Dark horse for :lt: that is both a duett and a very Happy song.

I want :ro: to win though, I really LOVE it. But no1 else seems to do so, so... I guess it won't.

It's gonna be :se:
I'm almost 99% sure about that. As I already said, Sweden has a perfect winner package this year: the song is suuuuuper catchy and not a ballad, Mans is very talented and has a great voice + the staging is (for me) the best I've ever seen in my entire life. Looking at the juries in MF, I have no doubt that "Heroes" will top the jury-vote & it will be in the top 3 at the televoting as well. Call me crazy but I have the strong feeling that this is gonna be a run-away-win.

:ee: is a nice little song but I don't think it's strong enough to win. It's one of those songs that could do very well but could also end at the bottom, depending on staging and draw. I predict a place between 5-15.

:it: is not going to win, never. People should have learned by now that this kind of music may be appealing to a few but never to a wide audience. It's just too "special" to be considered as a winning candidate. tbh I'm pretty shocked that so many fans think that it has chances ... I guess this is something like wishful thinking?! Gonna predict a place between 8-16.

The only other "serious" contender could be :au: 'cause this is something modern and enough mainstream to collect points from a wide audience + it's Australia ;)

Picking my own country for the win feels .. like a bad thing to do. But damn it we really have a chance this year! xcheer :se:

I was thinking about it in the shower, if we win again I am going to feel such happiness and pride, countries usually don't win again only after 3 years. Not saying that we already got this in the bag, but I know that SVT are always determined to create winner performances, Christer talked about it in an interview. Swedish delegation got pissed/mad when a light in Sanna's performance last year screwed up in the jury rehersal and they demanded that Sanna should sing again, but they got turned down. Christer explained that they are always working hard to build up that iconic winner picture in the viewers heads, the picture that will stick with in the viewers head and look like a winner. Kind of hard to explain (and please don't take what I wrote as we are the best and are always going to win, just that I know SVT are going to work their ass of to make a win-worthy performance)

But we got great response from the international jury, we are first in the odds and peoples reactions on Facebook was 95% positive, people wrote stuff like '' Stockholm 2016 '' and '' here is the winner! ''. I don't dare to expect that we win, but I cross my fingers hard and believe in Måns. I hate to say this because I will probably be wrong, but I don't think Italy is going to win. Opera has never worked in Eurovision lately and though it might win the jury vote, I don't think a lot of viewers are going to get it as much as we fans do (remember Valentina in 2013?). Estonia has gotten a smaller chance now, they are not really as good as Calm After The Storm, it all depends on the performance they create in Vienna. Australia's song is not really big competition but they also got a chance. I think Azerbaijan could snatch the title, their song is amazing.

My personal winner is Spain or Slovenia, but viewers will probably not understand how great they are ..

So happy for you, but if Sweden wins again, I am going to let Eurovision go. In the years I watched Eurovision I had to see Sweden winning three times and Ireland 4 times. 2 times it was horribly undeserved (1991, 1999) and I was like NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO(90min. later)OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

And this year it would feel even worse for me, because Heroes does nothing for me but annoy me. Too many great acts and the one circus act should win? Not for me. This would mean next year will be about gimmicks yet again.

A Swedish win means another year we won't discover a new part of Europe and yet again Scandinavia. But I guess the juries will save us from Popular v.2.0. like they did four years ago.

I don't get how Sweden could ask for a second chance because their gimmick didn't work, excuse me? It wasn't original either, but inspired by iconic Lena. Also the Heroes gimmick is inspired by a Spanish dance act that did the exact same show in 2012 already.

I also don't think ORF will let Sweden run away with outdoing everyone else, because they gave Marvin Dietman the key role of the stage director. He made Conchita look iconic last year and he will help everyone (!) on this stage look iconic and create that magic moment. ORF aims for the biggest TV moments and they don't want to have one act that shines, while the others look shitty. Everyone will have to look perfect on this stage.

Hearing that you're going to let go of Eurovision if Sweden wins sounds like a good deal, I am going to screenshot this and show it to you if Sweden wins and you ever enter the thread and starts whining again. Now I just want us to win even more.

You letting go of Eurovision if Sweden wins again is just stupid. Eurovision is not just about the winners, it's about all the good songs you hear and that Europe comes together a couple of nights to enjoy music and show. I strongly disliked Dima Bilan and Ell/Nikki but if you dislike a winner, the next win that you like is just going to taste sweeter.

As much as I love Conchita, her performance was great but I wouldn't say I was wowed by the coreography.

I love Romania's song, especially now that they're singing 2/3 Romanian, 1/3 English. Really nice :D

And it's always the ones you personally love that never win.... Apart from Sweden, I am in love with Belgium and Georgia, and a handful of other ones I know will never make it to the final (like Hungary, who I always seem to like lol).

It's awesome though that we have another year with no clear winner! It's going to be very exciting and interesting once again. Here for it! xyes

I really want either Norway or Italy to win, and I think those are huge possibilities. Slovenia would be nice too, although I'm not sure about that. And of course Estonia. Still staying with Italy as the most likely one though. And it's not exactly opera, I think it is going to have a mass appeal. But I guess it all will be clearer after all the performances. I don't really know what to say about Sweden.. Anything is possible. But I just don't think it's good or special enough of a song to win it all, especially so close after their last amazing and very deserving win.. I wouldn't be very happy.

I really don't feel like Sweden is going to win this year, and that's coming from a real ESC-geek from Sweden who cried when Euphoria won. I'd love to see Sweden win again, but I don't feel like it is going to be this year. I would say Estonia for the win, even though I'd want Norway or Latvia.

I think one of these countries will win:
Russia, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Italy, Azerbaijan(like 2011?), Estonia(although I dont want us to win), Australia
I have a feeling that Russia is going to win, so voted for that.

I would love to see Azerbaijan winning again, only because we would get another amazing show in 2016 :D but ofcourse I want my own country to win. A Norway/Finland win would make me irritated and dissapointed, an Italy/Australia win would leave me empty and a Russia win would be a catastrophe because if they would host just imagine the gay fans and how they would be treated. Estonia winning would feel nice. Spain or Slovenia would make me very happy!

i really dont see sweden win nor estonia.
this year there are more or less weak songs. so i think finland has good chances to win because of the whole package (i wonder why it is ignored in the predictions). if not finland then slovenia (esc in slovenia would be cool).
but once again i have to say that i dont remember a year it was so difficult to predict a winner. this year almost anything could happen. only when the rehearsal start we can tell more.
