This has not with the actual poll to do but I don't know where else to post it so: I think this year is to win and to loose. Right now it looks like will be the televoting favourite and the jury favourite. The question is if someone can do a 2016 and place high in both and snatch the trophy?

Poland! I usually like more "classy" entries (Italy 2015, the Netherlands 2014 & 2016, Estonia & Spain 2012 come to mind), but I'm a sucker for EDM, especially if it's done right – Norway last year, Poland this year. It would also give a nice middlefinger to Salvador's statement about "fast food music", which I found absolutely ridiculous and uncalled-for.

Could also live with Switzerland, Czech Republic (Mikolas is just so likeable) or Greece, though.
EDIT: AND DENMARK. How could I forget about our viking bros.

I voted as my if I could wave a magic wand choice, as it's my favourite entry this year, and i'd love to see Georgia win finally, with the song being something traditional an added bonus on top. They of course won't win, but I believe at least in them making the final.

My more realistic wish for the winner is . Their entry sits just outside my top 10, but I like it. I'm all for the underdogs in life and Czechia winning (which I believe is very possible) would be a wonderful moment, considering their struggles at the contest.

I'm hoping for a country that has never won ESC and did well in the contest.

For now I'm going for the Czech Republic, Cyprus is a good second one and Bulgaria a thirth one.

Belgium. France, Denmark, Norway, Armenia, Ukraine and Netherlands would also be great too. Israel, Czech Republic or Estonia would be awful. Australia or Bulgaria would be meh.

all the way! They quite apparently are desperate to win, and although this is such a good year, Bones stands out the most. It's an incredibly beautiful piece of music and it's always fun to see a country have their first victory. I wouldn't complain however if or were to take the crown.
