In the semi, it'll have to be 
They deserve qualification more than any other country in Semi 2. In the final. I'll give my one vote to (assuming they make ot through), or (if Belarus fail). If neither get through, I'll decide then

Even though i'm constantly declaring this a crummy year, boy do I have a lot of entries I feel that i've got to vote for.
In semi 2 for sure i'll be voting for my two favourite entries this year by a country mile. I'll also definitely be voting for (seems a bit of a futile vote but never mind) and as I really want to see them in the final, more than anything. The trouble is that almost all my favourites are in the second semi final. I'm also going to no doubt be tempted by and perhaps even That would be a ridiculous amount of countries to vote for though so hopefully I won't do that and stick to the 4 planned votes, with maybe one extra vote for whichever other country impresses me most.
In the final i'll vote for whichever of my four favourites have made it. I'll definitely vote for if they make it, and also have a chance to win my vote.

I'll vote for them because I really enjoy the song. Outside of the ESC bubble, my taste is the polar opposite of what I enjoy from the contest. I listen to a lot of classic rock and alternative, experimental music and I do like some punk bands as well (although I tend to lean more towards surfy sort of Garage Rock type stuff). I think the guys of PKN are genuinely great, and from what i've seen, it's the general consensus of people that like this kind of music. From the very first time I heard their song, I felt no sympathy for them, just admiration and respect. They rock hard.

Germany votes in semi 2, this is what I plan to do:
I give several votes to my personal favourite Slovenia, even if it seems very unlikely that they miss the final anyway.
Then I want to support some countries with good songs but uncertain chances for qualification: Ireland, Iceland and Switzerland.
In my opinion there is no country in semi 2 that is completely "out of range" for qualification (not even San Marino or Cyprus).
In the grand final, I will...
...definitely give most of my votes to Hungary if Boggie
should surprisingly have qualified from semi 1.
...give my other votes to my personal top 4 entries: Slovenia, Belgium, Estonia, Norway.
I would certainly not vote for (even if someone gave me money for it): Sweden, Italy, Australia.
(I explained the reasons in the other discussions here in the forum, don't want to bore you with them here.)

In semi 1: Belgium and Estonia.
In the final: Italy, Belgium and Estonia( if Belgium and Estonia are in the final). Maybe I give some extra votes, if some other song surprises me positively.

For the final i am still undecised, there are many songs i would like to vote for, so it al depends on which countries will qualify.

Macedonia, France, Estonia, Azerbaijan, Albania, Latvia, Malta, Georgia and Spain if they all make it to the final.
