I don't think we're reserving regions per se. I completely agree with you that we should allow two or more people to have the same region if they both consider it to be their "home" region. I think we're more just declaring which ones we're choosing. When we get our host, I'm sure that they can clarify further though.

I hoped for one more amazing spin-off organization when you won, but I suspect this could make you away of hosting this edition. Anyway, you are doing perfect job with real WV, just continue , and I'm sure you will organize many amazing WVs and spin-offs in future!
