Vbookie is a betting odds tool that can be used for ESC, NSC, FSC or any other betting purposes. I haven't had a chance to play around with it or introduce it to everyone yet as I am currently working on the award system.
But what it does it would be a fun thing to add for members to bid points on certain entries and the addon would then calculate the odds for a particular entry. Again, i haven't tested it yet but if you wanna try it out feel free to do so

I actually asked that question in the "NSC Chat Box" and asked for the Nations 3 Letter Code list to be updated. Once that has been done I will be more than happy to add those flags.

You don't get the flag from a post count, it's in your settings and you choose whether you want it or not Go to Settings > Edit Profile and scroll down to Country Flag and change it

That's a very good question and Aleks and I are currently looking for a solution.
Unfortunately vbulletin currently does not allow to change votes so we are trying to find a hack to bypass it. So for now we do not have that option but it on our priority list to change that.
