After I posted, I could see my post in my profile under "My Activity" and the thread showed that I posted last including the correct time but the post itself wasn't visible in the thread. Logging out and in again after deleting the cache and cookies didn't help, so I don't think it's a problem on my end. After adding another post to the same thread, the old post that was invisible before and the new post were both shown.
I have experienced this once or twice yesterday and once today but I never noticed that before. Is that a known issue?

Could we add more 'favourite songs' to our profiles?
I have seen this done in a similar way on other forums (that aren't eurovision related).
So the way it would work, is that for each year (or you could just do from 2000 onwards), you have a drop-down list of songs which you can pick from and it will fill in your favourite. I'll provide a screenshot from another forum that demonstrates what I mean:
(the screenshot is from a big brother forum, for this site you would have something else instead, such as 'Eurovision 2015' and then pick the entry you like most)
They also have things to accompany it, such as:
(username, join date etc covered for anonymity reasons)
So you can see what other people's favourites are.. here you could show maybe a year and then have the country's flag next to it? I think this would make the forum look a bit more 'active' too.
And one of the coolest things you could do with this, is to make it so you can show a leaderboard of what people have selected as their favourite like this:
Since eurovision is a bit different to Big Brother, it would probably work better to have a small leaderboard or something to the right of the 'Forum' tab where people can view which songs are most popular on this site according to what people have entered into their Settings.
Even if you can't do all of this, I can't imagine the first part would be overly difficult to implement? I think it would add much more eurovision-related content to User Profiles. This may be poorly written as it is 2am and I've had a bit of rosé.. but I hope this makes sense and that you guys can give feedback. Thanks for taking the time to read my thread

thank you for the suggestions. It is definitely something fun and we could do something similar with the 2016 songs. You already have the ability to select your favorite song in the profile section but this is clearly more sophisticated. I'm not sure what forum software they are using but I can check and see if vbulletin is offering something like that.
