If they are not televising it, I'd imagine they might do a stream on twitter and facebook announcing the song and artist.

Well if it is a televised thing we are likely to have the date announced at least a fortnight ahead of time. They aren't going to do it the week before as the TV listings would give it away; they'd need to let TV listings magazines, newspapers and websites know ahead of time so they could update things appropriately for whatever service they provide.

So we may well find out next week that it will be announced week commencing the 9th March and between then and now the BBC will let the EBU know who it is due to the deadline for submissions being so close.

It wasn't even a rumour, only that he signed for BMG back in November. It just feels like one of those things that could happen as his profile is rising and I don't think even Eurovision failure would damage his career at the moment

KSI would be a interesting choice and could be a risk that could end up working.

He reflects the UK music scene well and he could well end up accepting the chance to represent the UK at Eurovision.

Hes actually been on the BBC quite a lot recently, he was on BBC Breakfast a few weeks ago and hes on Top Gear on Sunday. So it could be a small clue.

So why is Celebrity Mastermind filling that slot then on BBC One? Are they rescheduling it to a later date perhaps to make way for the announcement?

Nothing is confirmed until it is confirmed.
