Everything depends of the song. My 2 worries about him is whether Vidbir producers would select him at all and what if the song sucks. He's VERY attractive but we never choose just for looks. Also I don't want to see some less talented twink being chosen (because of good relationships with producers) instead of him. Dmytro stands in the league of his own - he's not just a good-looking teen.

ps. The main excuse to bitch about our entry beforehand will be politics. In Wiwi-style... let's praise Russia and slam Ukraine, bring all the hate & fakes we can find (they literally copy & pasted one Ukrainian blogger's assumptions and published them as their own article), not talking about re-posting Russian media instead of reading the original source.
And what did I witness yesterday? Certain Western broadcaster basically re-posted all that shit on its official site and even mentioned Wiwi (so professional) instead of receiving the receipts from us That coincided with certain big political event in that country involving Russia which happened 2 days ago. Vidbir announcement has been made 2 weeks ago but they delayed the article and posted it 2 days ago, what an interesting choice of timing The title of that article was so biased that even they changed it in 30 minutes since it's been posted.... one 0 (or very low mark) from their jury beforehand. I won't be surprised if there are more broadcasters like that one.

It finished 15th out of 19. Whatever you may think about the song/performance/singer, that result is a bust. And it was clear that it would be the moment it was selected.
