STB revealed the name of the mysterious producer. It's Konstantin Meladze

He's in charge of all videos. Online + castings. He will be in the jury in February.

STB received more than 2 000 entries! All times record.

Not a fond of Meladze at all but it could be worse
Imo he's going to voice the channel's opinion instead of his own so STB is gonna have 3 jurors vs. 2 from NTU))

Bila Vezha will release their song in February. The song title is Бути Вільним / To Be Free (major Alyosha flashback ).

ps. Bryantseva abolished the rules. Excerpts from the lyrics have been published before September 1.
X Factor judge supported her and promoted this song on his own show ... don't screw up STB :twisted:

So Meladze will be in the jury or is he involved in another way too? I like his productions, but I feel there's a bias here if there will be acts connected to him entering and especially if he'll have a production of his own in the contest. Based on what's presented here so far I'm not really impressed, my hope is for Tonya Matvienko and Zlata and cross my fingers for a fair contest.

From what I have read it sounds like he will help weed out the submissions and then act as a judge on live shows. I haven't read anything about him actually composing unless they do a revamp and he does that.

She sings pop, jazz, opera, also while being in Riga she called "One Day" as a mix of hip-hop and classical music. What else can she do?.. symphonic meta.....SWEET LORD. I so wish she went into that style. Or just made one Within Temptations' or Nightwish's cover.

The final decision has been made - there will be two semi-finals on the 6th and 13th of February. NF is set for the 21st of February. All three shows will begin at 18:00CET.
