Well, the staging abilities proved a nightmare in 2009 and 2012.

I disagree. I think staging was also great in those years too. In 2009's case they messed up with camera work, which was too fast, but that's a different thing.



In 2013 Ukraine had a very strong song, and the staging was toned down, because the song was convincing enough...

2013 was everything but toned down. There was even a giant simpleton in it :mrgreen:

I don't like the song, but the choreography is quite interesting and I like it. I believe it can end in top 10 in the final (and the final is guaranteed).

Huge amount of friends in the east but will also appeal to western televoters and juries.Great staging.Best hook.Great lead in Maria.

Ukraine are one of the very few acts this year who will/can win.The draw might be crucial and its likely to be a 230 points winner so very close.

I am not that sure about this great staging, but I suppose that it will be high enough in the juries and of course it will do well in televoting. But no. Neither I can see Ukraine winning and I don't understand why it is so high (as and Denmark) in the odds. If it was in the places 7th-11th it would have logic for me. But this is too much

I'm not sure, I guess that I think Armenai has this in the bag. Then, the fact that this is an uptempo and the juries aren't the biggest fans of the genre - although Eric Saade did alright with them. Then, if EBU is able to influence the decision, I don't think they'd want a headache of dealing with Ukraine as a possible host this year.

However, with that said, I do also think that it seems like a sure top 5 finisher, if not top 3. Plus, I suppose this and Sweden are in fact the only two that could give Armenia a run for their money.

huge amount of friends?! I don't think so. Anyway, the votes received from diaspora and friendly neighbors have little effect on winning Eurovision, it help only to not occupy a shameful position at bottom, that's all. For winning ESC you need a really good song. I personally don't consider this song a winning, no chance.
