The sand animation, despite it being beautiful, seemed a bit of a distraction from the song and the singer herself...Although it is still so nice to see, don't know, I haven't got a clear opinion on this yet, let's see how the cameras shall show and balance the whole package in the night of the concert...

It's starting to take shape but it's still not ready. I can see that Ukraine will surprise us with an amazing stage show, thus upgrading the song which is nothing special, otherwise. I love the creativity.

Eurovision stopped being about the songs when the 1st performance was broadcasted on the TV

So no need in saying we should - everybody rates what he/she values. I value performance... if it's about the songs then go and listen to it on the radio
If your or somebody elses' entries have a lack of creatrivitry - this is their sole problem.

Imho, this song perfectly works with the show. They perfectly match each other. Previously I wasn't fond of this song but rehearsals changed my mind. It gave this song pretty clear meaning , from a dull poppish "love" song it turned on awesome social entry.

Then watch Eurovision.tv video it's pretty concentrated on her, there are a lot of close shots (probably more similar tot he TV version)

The sand animation is really good. But the danger is, that this will steal Mika the show. The rehearsal was good. Mika has good chances to reach the final.

No, the sand animation doesn't overshadow her. I'm really pleased with how it looks on the TV and backing vocalist sounds much better now
