there is a difference between those too I think ...
HOT = someone who looks almost perfect, awesome face + body.
SEXY = his/her outer looks aren't perfect but he/she has such a charisma that makes you melt

I personally like imperfection on a guy ...perfection for me is boring. For example, I think too polished look is not attractive.

Your definition of "hot" is something I would consider "pretty/handsome"

A pretty boy is someone I would consider with "flawless" facial features and body.....the model type to be more specific

while a sexy/hot guy is someone as you said that may not the "perfect face" or body but a lot of character uniqueness to it which sets them apart.

To me for instance Harel Skaat is pretty....pretty face, perfect skin, great body...almost like a ken doll.

Marcin has not the same build or look as Harel does but has a lot of different things going for him making him "hot" in a different way.

I agree about Harel Skaat, he looks almost like a Ken Doll, but Marcin on the other hand is not perfect looking yet he has something that makes people like him very much! Mysterious how these things work

Well, I like Harel's personality more than his beauty (even if I think he is really handsome), and I know what I'm talking about when I talk about his personality. I met him already 4 times and he is so simple, nice,like to laugh, modest and will do all for his fans to improve the connection between them to him! No doubt, he is an angel!

I agree, but his perfect personality fits his perfect looks to a T (and it has to be said: he's very handsome). It might just make him seem too perfect, too clean if that's the correct word. Someone my mother would be delighted about if I brought a boyfriend like him home. That's just an impression of course, as I sadly haven't met him in person yet. But a small flaw often adds character, and yes mystery. Take Vukasin. He certainly doesn't have model looks, but there's something about him that makes him attractive. Then again, he only has two votes here (including mine), so what do I know?

Well, I like Jessy Matador, N’evergreen, the other guy from Serbia (don’t make me say his name, I am already embarrassed enough ) and most of all Efe Yilmaz, so I guess that pretty much answers your question.

I only disagree with your definition of hot. For example Harel Skaat is indeed looking perfect but to me he’s ….ehmm…lukewarm? On the other hand, Efe Yilmaz is not exactly what you call flawless but (to me again) he’s hot. So I guess considering someone hot is totally subjective.

I think the way Matt approached the subject is much closer to the way I see it myself.

Let me give you another, non ESC, example.

You could give me this guy for free and I would still say: “No thanks, I’ll pass”.



On the other hand, to me and my eyes this is the most handsome, most gorgeous, most charming, with a beautiful smile, a lovely voice and a hot scottish accent (though I’d prefer it thicker, let’s say Gerard Butler thicker), prettiest, most awesome, hottest man to walk on the surface of this planet, as we speak (he could be sleeping actually or trying to find another job now that Lost has finished). Definitely far from Ken doll but totally perfect in his imperfection to me.

Well what I meant was that someone can look almost perfect but can't be enough to attract me (and that's an important matter ladies and gents) because of that perfection. Harel is very handsome ... a ken doll but I'm not attracted to him, I could also pass Brad Pitt

Marcin is my 3rd fave and I agree with Matt as for him.

Also ... am I the only one who thinks that Harel is more charismatic as a person and he doesn't look pretty like a model? ))) In his case his personal qualities/charisma played bigger role for me.

I agree with your definitions and also think a hot person is someone attractive with his/her moves, character and look although that person doesn't have a flawless face and body and to me Marcin is pretty more than hot

Some of those pictures have been retouched beyond recognition and Holy Moly how did Marcin Mrozinski make it to tied 1st?! I mean, he's not ugly, but eligible for "Top Male Model"? If we're talking Model Looks, it's Skaat all the way. He looks like a runway model.
