Their record of 12's in the poll is way to low and their record of 0's way too high. Rightfully so I smell underrating!

Meaning, you want it to be the only favorite. Look outside of this forum, overall it's a big favorite.

I am among them. The song is likely to qualify. If you don't like something it doesn't mean everyone else won't like it too.

If it does win in a landslide, it would be still underrated. You can also be underrated at the top.

This thread suffers from people having very different notions as to what overrated and underrated means. Should one consider the currently offered odds or the general sentiment in these forums? And should this be compared to how much one personally likes the song or to the likelihood that the song will do well?

Agreed on all of these except for Italy, which I think deserves its spot as the favourite. I don't think it'll be a runaway winner by any means but it's up there as one of the most likely winners alongside Sweden and Estonia (plus perhaps some others who are yet to show us anything) and it seems the most likely to win out of that bunch. Yes, opera hasn't done all too well in the past, but most of those entries were too vocally/thematically quirky for juries and mainstream voters (Slovenia 07, Sweden 09, Romania 13), or too pretentious/slow (France 11, Croatia 13), which aren't problems that Italy 2015 faces.

Well, i can take wrong and i,m no expert, but i don,t think this operasong goona to win. I don,t think Italy goona to flop much, but if we faces the history and after to see this song is more a top 10 songs than a winner song if you ask me. But of course is difficult to say who are overrathed or underrathed now, when we don,t know Italy or someone else look live in Austria. If you would ask med 1 year ago i would never think Austria and The Netherlands would be top 2 and if Italy is great live they can win, but i don,t think it today after what i,m have seen. My guess for the winner is Sweden today with Måns. Other songs like Estonia goona to fight for the victory. But let,s see in may. I don,t think i have all the answer :confused:

I really don't think :it: is overrated. A lot of people (will) like (three) handsome italian men who sing (opera), and the whole entry feels very italian, and that is a huge advantage.

EDIT: OMG mean overrated of course.
