I really hope this song will qualify, it was undoubtly the best performance of this semi in my opinion. Is it just me or does she sound a bit like the singer from Cranberries?

I'm sorry for the Netherlands. It was my favorite up until now. But I'm the first to admit that everything about that performance was bad from Staging to singing, nothing worked.

Well, there goes my favourite. So sorry for the Netherlands. Probably a combination of a bad draw (both in terms of semi and position in the semi), and some occasional bad notes due to nerves. I still loved this performance, and I really, really hope the Netherlands is back next year.

This sucks. I feel slightly dizzy. When envelope 10 was to be announced I knew that that one was for Turkey.

I feel too bewildered at the moment to make an analysis.

But everything I now know what happened, I already knew during and after the second rehearsal. I just kept hoping.

:( I have no words. I dont think we deserved this. Fucking 8 years no final :( I dont care what we send next year, i hope something crappy..this quality song deserved to qualify. It was not her best performance vocally but the whole thing looked amazing imho.

Really disappointed with the results.

I wouldn't blame Netherlands if they did pull out....out of all the Eurovision countries the Netherlands has really shown the most determination. Most countries start getting wobbly when the fail to qualify once or twice but the Netherlands still plow ahead 7 years (now 8) without a final.

Definitely at a loss, the Netherlands are just so very unlucky. :(

As expected :( I feel really sorry for Franka and the Netherlands...

Where are the so called "pro" juries? As usual juries did almost nothing to prevent diaspora voting (Turkey) and neighbor voting. I'd say screw the juries, they're a joke. This was an authentic, nice little genuine gem that so deserves to be in the final.

I don't believe in helping countries for being the particular country, but in this case Netherlands deserved a little help on the way. We all know this would have made it if it was Turkey or Greece :(

So sorry :(

Honestly, at the moment it's hard for me to feel happiness for my two favorites in this semi, :ee: and :ba:, but still: congrats to Ott and Maya, and to the fans of their entries.

Congrats to all the countries that have qualified.

:( Another year ... I know it was not 'the winning' song but for most Dutch it would be an victory to reach the final. Just that.
Joan sounded nervous but still she was in my top ten of the evening.
