MaNga’s lead singer rushed to Hospital in heart scare (UPD)

In the last few moments, various Turkish media sources are reporting that earlier this evening, the lead singer of MaNga, Ferman Akgül collapsed on stage whilst performing their Eurovision entry for Turkey ‘We Could Be The Same’ from a suspected heart attack.

29 year old Ferman suddenly fell to the ground whilst rehearsing for a concert at club Ghetto Beyoglu, he was then rushed to a nearby hospital where Doctors’ initial diagnosis was a heart attack. Although very little information is known at this point, According to Milliyet he had been stressed out due to the build up of Eurovision and was suffering from breathing problems whilst performing.

UPDATE
Magazinkolik.com are now reporting that Ferman Akgül’s situation is improving although he is being kept in Hospital for tests.

The groups manager, Selim Serezli has spoken to media stating his condition is fine now and that he has been talking with him. He is hopeful that the European tour will continue and that tomorrow the group will fly to Bulgaria, however it is up to doctors to decide whether or not Ferman will be ready to be discharged.

Oh yeah !! What kind of genre of music is maNga because I can't decide if it Nu-Metal or some kind of different sound but I do know the sound a bit like Linkin Park :?

No, they definitely sound rockish, though I'm not sure about subgenre.

Don't worry, it's not a heart attack. They have a concert everyday in another city nowadays. Probably stressfull days and concerts exhausted him.
Doctors recommended that he should rest for two days. He will be at the concert in Konya on May 7.

We need you Ferman, never mind Eurovision.

Please tell your people that they must vote strongly in the semi-final for Turkey. UK and Norway are the only both countries (from the countries who have not to qualify) who are allowed to vote in the semi-final, where maNga will be

I just saw it now under the artikel at the "Instyle". I suppose he tells there which books and movies he like. And "12 Monkeys" is also one of my favourite movies

Yes, he said in this interview that his favourite film is "12 Monkeys" and he watched it 8-9 times. Every time he watched this movie, he noticed another detail.

He is doing masters degree on cinema. Maybe because of this, he is very interested in movies.

I had a maNga-dream tonight


I dreamd that I was within the audience at the semi-final. All the acts were good, but all of them also very quiet.
But then came maNga. After their appearance people said that they felt like pressed in their seats while starting an airplance, so much did maNga blow them away xrockout

But unfortunately I cannot tell you the result, because I woke up

I don't know how he is at the moment. Hopefully fine :?

Tomorrow he will continue his tour. I am not sure if this is a good idea. But it is so difficult to say that from here. We do not really know what exactly happened and how he is doing now

It is strange: When I was at the concert 2 weeks ago, I already had a feeling of very high respect of Ferman, because I think it is a really big challenge to stand every evening on a stage and sing full power more than 90 minutes. And I still thought, how long can someone stand this xshifty
