For staging, I suggest using animation like makeup
Refer below for reference

I thought that too but actually I hate the use of filters at Eurovision.
Agree. White/black effect on the stage usually looks awkward. Rather be more "salvador sobral" in this situation .
Maybe u know, give him a nice effect of seasons changing behind his back. Rain turning to snow and snow turning to cherry petals. A bit of japanese aesthetics.

Switzerland will not win. The theme of the year seems to be sadness about toxic relationships, but that was already the theme of last year's winner. Therefore, I am also a bit worried about Bulgaria, which I love. Switzerland is hard to listen to for me.

So, last year the came up with Swiss Fuego, I guess it is good enough for Top 10 with a lot of jury support.

Wow, I couldn't believe but I agree with this one.

I imagine him sitting in front of fake piano like Duncan.

what do you mean? That a song about toxic relationships will win?
Do you really not understand his point? Unlike some others, his posts make clear point. No need for any explanation. He meant suisse entry copies previous winners thinking that they would get the same result. Luca hanni copied eleni foureira with fuego and now suisse 2020 is copying Duncan. It couldn't be more clear. Adios!

If sobral made it while being just simply the best one of the bunch then i dont see why switzerland cant. Simple cute atmosphere + not english.
Tell me what else feels like a winner right now. Cuz i cant see anyone else.
Maybe Malta will.But thats it

I can see this being a jury winner, but televote wise, it could potentially struggle. But I do think it will be enough to give Switzerland another good result this year. I predict a top 10. But if staging is done right to elevate the song even more (at this point I am not worried if Gjon can replicate his vocals), I can see this doing a top 5.

Even though I finally came to like this song, I also doubt that this could be a winner. Especially televote-wise, I am really not so certain, if this song attracts. I hope for other entries to be in front.

P.S. And since there are so many ballads this time, the staging will be important.

It will be the edition of the "Clash of the Ballads" and since we Italians are masters cries of love (it is our battleground) risk of our victory is strong xangry This year the songs are beautiful but I don't see a clear and strong winner. However I think the "Nightmare Team" :gimmefive: will direct their votes to Switzerland (which I appreciate xlove) by publicizing, shouting at the "masterpiece!" and passing on the vocal strength of the Swiss singer similar to that of Aznavour in his golden daysxyes

"Clash of the ballads"! xrofl Reminds me of one of my most favorite movie ever: Clash of the titans. And I don't mean the remake, but the original of 1981. Great movie about Gods and demons, so well made! I love especially the scene with Medusa. xlove Talking of Aznavour, I had a phase where I listened a lot to him. Also to Yves Montand. Beautiful!

I try to joke to mitigate the high expectations of many users  We are talking about music! Let's have fun! xyaay Anyway, we have the same tastes! xshock1:Rarely do the remakes live up to the original (especially in this era where the highest concept of art is special effects xfacepalm) and for Aznavour ... I loved the French song of the past very much xrose Do you also like dear Ivo Livi (Yves Montand)? Great Mauve!xup

I love him as a singer, but also saw many of Montand's movies, along with Alan Delon ... what a fantastic time it was. xheart
