He has a stunning voice.....

I did not pursue his career after DSDS. However, I assume that he has gained more experience in dealing with the pressure of a live performance during a broadcast than with his final song at DSDS many years ago. He was pretty out of tune then, but he won anyway. The good looks didn't hurt.

Dunno about his vocal performances when it comes to singing live but I really think he has a beautiful tone.

I hope it is Luca Hänni who will represent us, he is the only one to be able to qualify and we must because there is a rumor that if we do not reach the final again, Switzerland may to withdraw in 2020.

No, I disliked his previous entry quite strongly. I thought it quite irritating and clumsily sung.

I like "Hunter of stars", but I can't say i really love it.

Switzerland had a weak selection that year, so Sebalter was the only reasonable choice. Maybe that's why you remember it like that.
(I was also interested in 3 for All for a while. With some additional work, that song would've been a banger)

I wouldn't really say robbed, in many years they were classic borderline qualifiers and deserved to just miss out due to only okay-ish but not GOOD song and/ or performance
