It would be amazing to have Lys Assia back after a 50+ year gap. Would she be the oldest Eurovision entrant?

^ Yes she will. I googled Ladislav Demeterffy aka Laci aka 75 cents (Croatia 2008) to see his age... He was 75 in 2008 and according to wikipedia he is officially the oldest artist to perform in ESC. So if Lys makes it, then yes, she'll be the oldest entrant!

By the way... I'm shocked now... 75 cents died in November 2010... I didn't know this.

Update on the Marijo Jurenić's song:


He says he didn't had luck and was nervous while making this, cause no enough time for singing the studio version, so he hope he won't be hated by everyone, at Croatia got talent, they told him he's good at music. Where even through he didn't qualify, he got nice comments.

The most important thing for Marijo to do is get a better microphone. His voice does have potential, and he carries notes pretty well, but he needs some more variation in his notes, or needs to up his key a bit, because a lot of the song sounds monotone because his voice is staying in one place. He needs to show off his range a bit, otherwise the song is a dud. The music is actually really good, and with a good recording, the song can be nice, but right now, honestly, it's a long shot.

I read yesterday that Same Difference submitted a song yesterday! I haven't listened to it yet but today I will listen to all the songs and blog about it! (Haven't blogged in ages!)

Ok I found what's wrong. His song is still there. I was looking under the P letter but his under the *
They got him as *Peter* that's why I didn't find his song.

Same Difference for Switzerland?!! Id hate them for eternity if they did that... it was barely bearable for me to see Jedward going for Ireland rather than the United Kingdom!

Some may say that Lys's song is dated, but I wanna say that it's classic. It's really good, it has this certain feel of class to it.

I hope that Maria Lawson does well too.

I love how this NF is really promising
