I loved the swiss song when i heard it for the first time, but after playing a zillion times it is repetative. His english is not so great either, so he should work on that before the contest. still a excellent song :)

This song leaves me really cold.

But i think it will qualify because of the weak Semi 1

If you listen to only first 50 secs of :mk: you'd think it's not. It's a mix of ballad & rock. And that scream... xheart
Iceland is more like symphonic rockish. That sound sounds like light version of Nighwish songs to me.

Agree, you're a musician right? I find these songs are built like classic hard rock tunes (especially Iceland and Macedonia).

To me, it seems like Sinplus with Unbreakable try (the guitar) to sound like early U2, but there are strange, odd parts in there. These parts make it sound like a fake somehow. I'm sorry, but this is pure crap. Maybe they need a tour and some real live gigs to get that rock nerve and credibility that's missing.

Song is very average, and their english is bad. They both look gay too, although i heard that one of these (if i'm correct the singer) is straight and the other is gay. Any confirmation?

And.... ? What has their sexuality to do with the music ? What is the matter if one of them is really gay ? Or even both oh And by the way lena's English was also awful.

What are you talking about? I was know eurovision is a song contest. Not modeling.
Who cares they are gay or not? How does it matter? And I don't think they are bad at English.
I think you have some problems with Switzerland. Any reason you said is current.

good song, good singers, cant speak very good english..... but its ok, still a great song...... not sure why people are posting on here about gay people...... its about the music..... not your sexuality, if you dont like it...... look the other way, its their life not yours....

No, I'm not a musician :) I respect the composers of Iceland & Macedonia because it's risky sending these kind of songs to Eurovision which is full of pop songs (as I said before)

I also get U2 vibes from Sinplus. Usually I don't like U2 at all but I like Unbreakable. It could've been heavier though.

And xcheers to both us being Tarja fans :)

The singer is straight and has a gf & the guitarist is gay. Satisfied now?

Hrm ... pure crap ... that was pretty ... well, too outspoken at least. It's just that the first impression from the video said a big fat FAKE for me. Now, I don't know really. The song is good and if they give a good performance live at stage, it could be a SMASH-HIT!

I like the song, but as always, probably Switzerland will not pass the Semi-final. To bad!
