Why is this song still too rarely in top 10 lists? I cant understand. In 2010, maNga was been a favourite so much. Why not this year Switzerland doesnt have same taste from fans? Hm.. No idea but my best entry of 2012.

Switzerland is a more alternative indie-pop style entry, Slovakia's song is the only true rock song this year and only Lordi have really done rock properly in ESC before

If you listen to Slovakia and then listen to Macedonia or Iceland you'll see. Simply using a guitar somewhere in the song doesn't automatically transform it into rock. It's like saying any song with a keyboard is electropop

If you listen to only first 50 secs of you'd think it's not. It's a mix of ballad & rock. And that scream...
Iceland is more like symphonic rockish. That sound sounds like light version of Nighwish songs to me.

Btw I'm talking for ESC, not in general. In a song contest which the %90 of the songs are pop; I'd classify any song with the guitar tune as "rock" and be thankful for it!

They could hope only for televoting (juries never liked that much rock),
but their 7th place of draw,especially after Romania,is a big minus.

I know, mainly because they are Switzerland. We'll see (there are a lot of songs in that semi for the jury to hate ), though it is good that they are away from Hungary.

Not so sure of this. The juries put Turkey in their top 10 in 2010. They also gave Albania more points last year than the televoters.

That's not accurate. The juries voted for Bosnia & Herzegovina in 2010 while the televoters ignored it. And a common misconception about Turkey last year. The juries awarded them with more points (slightly more but still) than the televoters.

Agreed, the juries ignored Georgia last year but blank statements like that are misleading). Though Switzerland could go either way, not sure how juries or televoters gonna feel about it.

IMO it's a nice song. I'm proud of my country's entry this year ! Anyway, unfortunately I don't have much hope for them to qualify.... Swizterland is almost always underrated (because it's Swtizerland xD).

It seems, that we have the same favorites (Switzerland + Cyprus) ^^
Indeed, Switzerland has a nice entry this year imo. I´m afraid, that I won´t be able to vote for them.
