Song 4: Marcus & Martinus – "Air"
Another ballad, but a somewhat different style to the last one. I like the way in which the chorus is sung, and the sound sequence which follows. However, I have my reservations about the line "I can breathe without air", because how can anyone breathe without air in real life? Tonight's performance is enhanced by the light beams and lasers in the background.

Song 5: Panetoz – "On My Way"
I don’t like the rap in this song (I don't like rap generally), but I particularly like the lively, catchy chorus, which is accompanied by the beach scene on the background screen. The chorus has a Spanish feel to it. On the whole, I think this would be better suited as Spain’s entry rather than Sweden’s. If this does go to Eurovision, this ought to get plenty of points from Spain, and perhaps Portugal. That said, I've counted seven performers on stage, so if this goes to Eurovision, they'll have to have one less performer in Liverpool.

Every year we have mediocre songs like this in MF and they're only celebrated because they're from Melfest. In German it would be called Ballermann-Mucke.

I really thought that Marcus and Martinus were Swedish
It was a bit weird with the subtitles as they weren't that hard to understand to me. It sounded more Norwegian than Swedish to me!
...and apparently it was..?
They're Norwegian, yeah. They mixed in a couple of Swedish words tho, like a lot of Norwegians do when they speak on Swedish TV.

A fine song from Maria, but that's all it is really. Hard to stand out especially with some of the other ballad songs this year I feel like.

Song 6: Maria Sur – "Never Give Up"
A country-esque ballad, with quite a powerful chorus. Maria has a beautiful voice, and sang well. The lighting varies quite a bit, sometimes the stage is predominantly dark; other times there are multiple light beams.
