I understand what you mean, but it has happen once before. Back in 1984, Herreys were honestly not the most deserved winners that year

I'd agree, however it wasn't a bad song. And it was a very strong contest, my favourite of older contests.

I really think if the Estonian song had the word 'Sweden' next to it then it would have done a lot better this year just based on reputation alone. It was classier than the overrated Euphoria which depended on expensive effects that only bigger countries can afford or more effort with the camerawork they might be given.

Come on Swedes, stop talking down your own entry. As a female ballad Undo is just great and Sanna really delivers. Top 5 material any time, and I wouldn't mind at all if she won. Best wishes for the jury final.

Since we won in 2012 it feels a bit too early to win again in 2014, but another victory would make me happy and I think Sanna could win! xcheer

I guess after the jury final the odds will stabilise and we'll get a good indication as well as impressions from the audience. Just wait maybe 3 h. I can't trust a Swedish victory right now, it feels unreal. Not at all as it was with Loreen. Still think it looks like a Dutch victory.

Anywho, this year looks a bit like 2011. There are a lot of favorites, no one really knows who is going to win and there are only '' kind of '' favorites, such as Aram, Sanna, Conchita, Maria, Andras and Molly.
I think the voting is going to be extremly split and just like in 2011 the song that everyone liked, but did not see as a winner, is going to win.

The bad thing about that is the winner won't shine with big points like 2012 and 2009 :(

And I don't want us to host again, it was embarassing, the greenroom was filled with furniture from IKEA :?
I heard it's Habitat :)

Oh come on, of course we want to win and host again! And if we do we won't place the show in a Copenhagen suburb like last time.

No the IKEA furniture certain wasn't a highlight , location of the greenroom was bad, the stage felt underwhelming and they didn't really hit their groove until the final but I'll take the Swedish hosts over this years any day xshrug

Their taking bias (positive/negative) towards select countries and sucking up to the powers of the EBU to a whole new level xdoh At least in Malmo they kept that behind the scenes whereas in Copenhagen their doing it in our faces
