Can someone explain me, what does make this song such impressive, glorious, perfect or attractive? I am not saying this song is bad. But isn't there a little bit exaggeration? Europe loved this song as much as loved Fairytale. Hmm?

Thanks kind Swedish. So what about my question? ^

Well, I thought you were joking.

I don't understand what you mean with exaggeration. In what sense and what scale do you relate to with this statement? I take it you mean some properties of Fairytale are in some way superior to Euphoria, right? It's an impossible comparsion and doesn't make any sense to me. :(

Feel free to like and root for whatever song that corresponds to your own taste, just don't expect everyone to agree with you. It's a very personal thing. There isn't any 'right' scale or truth in Eurovision even if we vote and make lists of favourites. Taste varies with time, mood, situation, age, social belongings, group pressure and perhaps most important music experience. The list of ESC favourites you made yesterday isn't necessarily the same you'd do today.

You maybe have strong opinions about the music direction ESC is heading or ESC organisation issues. A very common subject at ESC forums, so discussing those instead may be much more fruitful.

Euphoria is probably the biggest hit ever in Eurovision. It sold 9 x Platina in Sweden and it's still charting all over Europe (except perhaps in the UK and Italy). Loreen as an artist is still in very much in focus - hot - with an album to be released in October.

In my option Euphoria is great! xyaay Ever since melodifestivalen this spring and I loving this song. (Both the original and most of the remixes.)

Yeah fairytale and Ryback is great and special to. Fairytale feels pretty nostalgic and folkloric, thats great. But Loreen is still the superior and sadly that Ryback is so underrated in successfulness... :(

EDIT:
Euphoria is probably the biggest hit ever in Eurovision.
Some corrections... Waterloo was the biggest hit ever in Eurovision alltime. Even Nel blu dipinto di blu(Italy 1958) was bigger than Euphoria, whatever Euphoria is the most successful hit in the 2000s. xcheer

Ahh don't understand me wrong darling. I am not judging -and I can not-. I am just askin' your opinions as a fan of Euphoria. And you have given my question's answer already. Thanks to you and SwedishFailurez ^^

You probably think I hate Euphoria or smth

you just can't compare the success of Euphoria atm to some of the classics of ESC (f.e "Volare").

but sure go on continue with your pathetic hatred

"Volare"" is a such bad song. I hasn't heard about this song until a few days ago.

And yes you clearly don't like Euphoria then what are you still doing in this thread?
