She is not avoiding it but not eager either to talk about her relatives in Morocco. It's obviously private and some parts may be sensitive, family matters usually are. She have said her family in Morocco is big and mainly of Berber origin, one part is living in the mountains, others in the city.

The Berber cultural heritage seems to be important to her, but I haven't seen her really explained it more closely (or she never got the right question). She have said she want to embrace a type of Berber singing in her performance.

Her Berber lip paint from Melodifestivalen 2011:

Loreen still doing pretty well over here. She's #15 on iTunes, but considering how long after Eurovision it is and the fact that others are falling much faster (and others aren't overtaking) she should be pretty proud of herself!

Is it only my opinion that Loreen is the best winner in eurovision song contest?

Also wanted to say, that i was so unhappy when Eric Sadde "Popular" won melodifestivalen 2011, the real winner was Loreen - My heart is refusing me, but now i am happy that she didnt win in 2011 *_-

It's too early to tell. She'll never be able to reach the heights of ABBA and probably not Céline Dion.

I don't think that is possible anymore. Music is so diverse and the different ways music is consumed so varied it's just impossible to tell. iTunes sells? Youtube views? Spotify plays? Radio plays? Concert audience? Facebook likes?

No it's more if she succeeds in leaving Eurovision behind her and having a successful career and some monster hits along the way. I surely thinks it's possible concerning her abnormal potential but stranger things have happened in the past. Her management (Warner music) and booking agency (United stage) won't be enough. Then again one really has to remember the following:

ABBA were also banned from UK radio after their Waterloo ESC winning. It were the Aussies that grew fond of the next singles and brought them back into the spotlight.

So history sure looks like it will repeat itself :D

I'm a little uncertain she is reaching her real audience right now and a little worried she is forced to or tempted to change her artistry to please the eyes that are looking at her now. She said in British radio, her album is going to be dark and combine elements from electronica and dance with something she calls "organic". I guess this includes her crush on string sections. I love it but it didn't please the British interviewers.

So who is going to be her Aussies then? The Russians? The Middle East?
