Maria Lund is the first out, the only one in the final who didn't come top 3 in her semi so is probably the rank outsider. I like the song and the performance but it does drag a bit at the end, I think this would be 10th-15th in the semi if it went.

"Sun Puolella" is on now, a decent enough if unexciting ballad that ESC was full of in the 80s. I think it'd also be 10th-15th in the semi if it went.

"Fatal Moment" - the song has potential and is pretty good but the staging, the vocals and the outfits are all just plain wrong. It needs a huge makeover if it were to make it to ESC.

And now Pentti Heitanen with the requisite opera song that is nearly always in Finnish finals for some reason... it's better staged than most, I think it'd qualify and then flop in the final should it reach ESC.

Heli Kajo easily gets the biggest audience response so far, this one has a lot of fans but I don't really "get" it myself so I'll refrain from trying to predict until it dawns on me!

Bah, as is typical the webcast dies now when my favourite, Nina Lassander, begins I love the song, my favourite of the NF season so far from any country, but I don't think it'd do better than 8th-13th in the semi + a mid-to-low table rank in the final, but it'd be in my Top 5 almost certainly

"Love At The First Sight" is the song I think has the most potential to do well at ESC, but everything about it live is so very weak, unfortunately. Although it is still an improvement on their semi performance!

My webcast has died completely now, but to summarise, Eläkeläiset - will almost certainly win but do badly in ESC, Kuunkuiskaajat - sounds like a Bavarian drinking song to me, can't see it doing that well at ESC either. These will probably end up the top 2 tonight though!

The webcast is terrible now! I have to reload continuously, and missed several parts of each song. :evil:
I hope that Eläkeläiset nor Kuunkuiskaajat goes to the superfinal, they might be typical Finnish (is it?) but I find it horrible.

Not that they will win with her song, not special enough, but at least it's a decent song imho.

The Eläkeläiset and Kuunkuiskaajat songs are pretty similar, so hopefully the Fins will split votes on that.

"Työlki Ellää" won! As I said before, this just sounds like a Bavarian drinking song to my ears, don't like it at all, but at least it wasn't Eläkeläiset!

My favorite won so I am very happy. 'Cider Hill' was decent and I would have been okay with them as well but Kuunkuiskaajat is very different and I think it has a decent chance doing well in Oslo.
