How are similarities counted?

To be fair, not as many songs in Finnish, Swedish or Irish (Not Gaelic), took part as the amount of Spanish songs, so in a way, it's a bit of an advantage.

I mean it expected that English, Spanish and Italian have the most of wins because they are the most popular languages in WV
