The formula before counted 2 people voting for the same countries + if they exchanged points, now it counts also if only one person gives points to the other one (so they don't need to exchange points). That's why you see higher similarities. What do you think about it?

I simply modify votes of countries who qualified to the final, so that it works as if each finalist was giving 12 points to himself, 10 to his actual 12, etc. If you add points out of nowhere, however, finalists will end up with higher average scores than the rest.

Aha! so that's why I got slightly different results when trying to count NSC similarities xD
and yes, you have a point and it actually means that with my new formula, some countries can get similarity higher than 100%

Recalculated similarity tables using the new formula. I tried to count NSC103 similarity and I got same results as Orian did, so this time the formula is correct xD
