The formula before counted 2 people voting for the same countries + if they exchanged points, now it counts also if only one person gives points to the other one (so they don't need to exchange points). That's why you see higher similarities. What do you think about it? xthink

It's better I think. Especially if between two people only the one is in the final, so it's impossible to vote for one another.
