This song is the definition of authenticity. It‘s spanish without any dumb stereotype, it‘s honest, it‘s modern without denying its traditional roots, it‘s traditional without being oldfashioned or reactionary, it‘s beautifully raw, it‘s Spain off the beaten track.

Well you said it better than Blanca would 🤣

It's a 12 really. Both the song and the woman who performs it.

It´s absolutely BOP song with great vocals. If her performance in Liverpool will be the same as NF, it´s contender for victory. :12: points and my 4th place.

This is definitely a song for the live stage rather than the studio, imo. There's something about the studio version that doesn't really awaken anything in me when compared to all of her live performances. The repetitiveness of the song is countered by the vocals, which in the studio version don't hit as hard. The song won't make me fall asleep, but something close to that. But the composition and overall package as a song is still hypnotizingly beautiful enough to have some good points.

Final score: :7: points

I'm sorry but any juror who doesn't put her at least in their top 5 is committing a crime to me
The only thing I am afraid of is that the song creates a lot of polarisation, so no matter if 3 judges put her in the top 3, if the other 2 place her at the bottom, then no points for Spain. I think she’s a guaranteed top 10 (even top 5), but I am also preparing for a flop, just in case.

I kinda prefer the one long note at the end, because I find the studio version end to be a bit too quick and low impact, but I'm sure they've thought it out.
