In interview on the tv show Blef, Aleksandra Radovic said that she “died laughing” when she learned that Željko Joksimović would represent Serbia again in the Eurovision Song Contest 2012. “I died laughing … and now, hallelujah. I think Eurovision should even be just for the retries od Željko”, Radovic said. She hinted that the singer has an old-fashioned style not suitable to the festival. Aleksandra Radovic is a big name in the music scene of former Yugoslavia, and had several hits in the region.

^Not 'retries', but 'retires'. She didn't say 'old fashion style', but that Joksimovic is too old for the festival and she thinks he will do ESC even in his retirement. Smth like that. (I didn't translate every word).

| Months ago, RTS has announced that Željko Joksimović is going to represent Serbia in the Eurovision Song Contest 2012, with a song composed by himself. It was now reveiled that the song will be premiered on the 10th of March live at 21:00 CET. Željko Joksimović is no stranger to Eurovision, as he participated three times already – once as a singer, and all three times as a composer, and was also the host of the 2008 Eurovision Song Contest, held in Belgrade after Marija Šerifović won the Contest in 2007. Željko promised a very powerful song, which could possibly bring Eurovision back to Serbia. I'm trying not to have high expectations to give Zeljko a fair chance but I can't help it, I expect something outstanding from him and while it may not be fair to him, anything less good than 'Lane Moje' would be a disappointment.

Indeed, 10th March is too far away from now I am really interested to hear it, and I am sure that the entry will be fantastic. Knowing Zeljko's ambitions on this contest, he can't make a bad song, the only problem is if we set too high standards and the song ends up being in the lower category (I am also included there ), or if we expect the song to be ultra-fantastic, and it ends up being just fantastic

Lane Moje was a great song. Maybe one of the best entries in last 10 years. I hope your song will be good like it and Zeljko won't live the failure of Sakis, Dana International. Good luck!
