A ballad in Italian would fit her well, last year wasn't really a true ballad and it was dated... hopefully this time around it will be more jazzy, hopefully a bit melancholic or dark... we'll see

Yes, she's not in the easiest semi-final. Yet I hope juries will work their magic as they do from time to time (rarely, I agree).
As long as the song is at least as good as her previous efforts, that's fine for me. I really love Valentina.
I ranked her 5th in 2012 and 2nd last year, now I guess she's coming for the first spot in my ranking.
